About Me

A young, grounded, spiritual woman with friendly and understanding smile, dark brown hair, wearing blue hospital scrubs and a name badge saying "RN," sitting at a table with a pen in her hand, in a welcoming space for doing inner work on self.

I’m Gabrielle—a Nurse and Spiritual Coach supporting health and wellness professionals of all specialties who feel stretched between work and life and want a more grounded, internally aligned way to relate to both.

I’m a certified Operating Room Nurse, with a certificate in organizational development coaching. My background also includes volunteer leadership, and coaching healthcare professionals through change and transition. I’m also a Certified SPARKETYPE® Advisor and a longtime member of a 12-step program. I am currently deepening my skills with the grounding and energy work of Intuition Medicine.

As a runner who practices grounding in nature, the discipline of learning when to push, when to rest, and how to stay steady over time deeply informs how I support others.

My Story

What started as an early nursing career conundrum gradually became a personal mission: learning how to bridge the gap between the person I was at work and the person I was beyond it.

The first few years as a nurse in a hospital, I struggled with something I didn’t yet have language for: I didn’t know how to keep myself whole while living in two worlds—work, and everything else. The intensity of nursing often followed me home in the form of overtime related to short staffing, complex team dynamics, and watching patients suffer. But the boundary went both ways—life came with me to work, too. The real challenge wasn’t simply separating the two, but learning how to hold my own integrity when the parts of life inevitably bled into one another.

A tranquil mountain lake reflecting the sky in Banff, with pine trees along the shoreline and mountains in the background, the perfect setting for reflection and self-discovery.

At the time, I assumed this meant I was simply weak or ill-equipped to handle it. I was trying to stay centered, use cliche ‘coping tools,’ and keep it all together.

At the same time, I felt deeply grateful. Nursing had given me stability and the ability to pursue goals outside of work. Because of that, I often felt guilty for wanting more—more purpose, fulfillment, and personal alignment in the work itself.

That tension set me on an ongoing journey of learning how to remain mentally, emotionally, and spiritually anchored in myself—before any role or title.

A narrow dirt trail winds through a grassy green hillside with trees on either side under a partly cloudy blue sky. The perfect setting for exploring one's inner environment, following the path that unfolds ahead, reflection and self-discovery.

My Approach

I offer a grounded space to explore your inner life beyond workplace expectations, and to build a steady, non-religious inner framework you can actually lean on in real life — call it your intuition, divine guidance, or inner resource.

My approach leans on:

  • Quantum Living Process: shifting perception, interrupting old habits, and creating space for new possibilities.

  • 12-step principles for self-reflection, recognizing patterns, releasing old patterns, and maintaining inner alignment.

  • Perennial Philosophy: Universal spiritual principles & shared human truths that guide how we relate to meaning, values, and connection.

  • Sparketype® Assessment: Identifying the type of ‘work’ that sparks purpose, flow, and meaning, so you can stop feeling burned out and start doing what you’re truly here to do.

  • Intuition Medicine: grounding practices and meditative work for self healing.

All this blends together to build & strengthen your intuition.

More about Inner Ground

  • Absolutely. You don’t have to believe in anything “woo-woo” for this work to be meaningful.

We start from wherever you are—your values, your language, and your understanding of the world. Whether you think in practical terms, emotional language, or something more spiritual, we use what feels natural and true to you.

There are no religious or intellectual prerequisites, and nothing you have to adopt or subscribe to. This is a space of curiosity, choice, and complete autonomy.

  • Connection, curiosity, creativity, and integrity shape the way I work. These are the foundation of every client partnership.

  • It is the inner sanctuary within us that reconnects us to our authentic self, rooting us in both our inner truth and our connection to the Earth so we can live with stability, purpose, and resilience.

  • I work with individuals across healthcare, healthcare-adjacent fields, and the broader wellness space in roles including, but not limited to:

    • Nurse, nursing students, Advanced Practice RNs, nurses in non-clinical roles

    • EMT, paramedics

    • Allied health roles (PT/OT, RT, radiology, dental hygiene, dietetics, neuromonitoring)

    • Clinical office admin assistants or techs

In our sessions, titles, specialties, education, and organizational affiliations fall away.

What matters most is curiosity and the willingness to explore a new perspective.

  • In many healthcare settings, big events are debriefed. But what often goes unaddressed are the moments that quietly accumulate—the emotional residue of everyday interactions, and the ways work and life bleed into each other.

Because of this, many people are left asking: How do I actually bring mindfulness into my real life—my work, my relationships, my exhaustion?

What’s often missing isn’t another coping strategy—it’s an internal anchor.

This work offers a space to explore how your internal world—your patterns, values, and tensions—shows up across all areas of your life, in a way that isn’t always possible within professional environments.

When that anchor is in place, clarity comes more easily, decisions feel more aligned, energy returns more naturally, and work and life feel less at odds.
