More about Inner Ground

  • Absolutely. You don’t have to believe in anything “woo-woo” for this work to be meaningful.

We start from wherever you are—your values, your language, and your understanding of the world. Whether you think in practical terms, emotional language, or something more spiritual, we use what feels natural and true to you.

There are no religious or intellectual prerequisites, and nothing you have to adopt or subscribe to. This is a space of curiosity, choice, and complete autonomy.

  • It is the inner sanctuary within us that reconnects us to our authentic self, rooting us in both our inner truth and our connection to the Earth so we can live with stability, purpose, and resilience.

  • Pricing is designed to be transparent while still leaving room for flexibility. Most clients invest between $125–$200 per session, depending on the level of support and depth of work.

I’m always open to shaping a plan that fits both your goals and your monthly investment, so if something here feels close but not quite right, we can talk it through.

  • This work is designed to be ongoing, as that’s where deeper integration happens. Most clients choose a consistent rhythm—either weekly or twice a month—and commit to a 3, 6, or 9-month package.

Single sessions are generally reserved for clients I’ve already worked with, as this work tends to be most impactful within an ongoing container.

If you’re not sure where to start, we can begin with a intro chat to find a pace that fits your life.

  • I work with individuals across healthcare, healthcare-adjacent fields, and the broader wellness space in roles including, but not limited to:

    • Nurses, nursing students, Advanced Practice RNs, nurses in non-clinical roles

    • Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs)

    • EMT, paramedics

    • Allied health roles (PT/OT, RT, radiology, dental hygiene, dietetics, neuromonitoring)

    • Clinical office admin assistants or techs

In our sessions, titles, specialties, education, and organizational affiliations fall away.

What matters most is curiosity and the willingness to explore a new perspective.

  • Over time, many clients find they feel more clear in who they are beyond their role, and more confident in the decisions they make—both at work and in their personal lives. There’s often a shift toward feeling calmer, more grounded, and less emotionally depleted by the demands of caring for others.

As this inner foundation strengthens, it becomes easier to navigate the intensity of healthcare environments with more resilience, clarity, and self-trust—so work feels more sustainable, and life outside of it feels more like your own again.

  • In healthcare, major events are often debriefed—but the quieter, cumulative impact of everyday experiences is often left unspoken.

This work focuses on that in-between space, helping you build a steady internal anchor so you can move through work and life with more clarity, alignment, and resilience.

  • My work is trauma-informed, but not trauma therapy (and it’s not meant to replace it.) Therapy is essential for working through trauma, grief, and more acute experiences.

Here, I offers a space to explore how your inner life, your work, and your spirituality intersect—especially the parts that often go unspoken, like witnessed trauma, moral tension, and emotional responsibility.

This work is most supportive after deeper therapeutic work has been done.

For therapists: this can also complement therapy by offering a non-clinical space for a deeper spiritual exploration.
