Our work follows a flexible rhythm:
Foundation
We identify your starting point by naming what feels off, heavy, or misaligned and where you want more clarity or steadiness.
What that sound look like in practice:
“I have no work-life balance,” “I constantly feel on edge, even when I’m not at work” “I wish I had a more balanced response to things that happen around me.”
Exploration
This might include reflection questions, journaling, personal adventure/field trips, talking through work and life experiences, or noticing repeated themes that show up both on and off the job. Sometimes we follow a clear question. Other times we follow curiosity. There’s no set formula.
What that might look like in practice:
Developing a focused journaling practice or daily tracker, researching unfamiliar religious philosophies to see which resonate, exploring a meditation group, drum circle, or place of worship, spending time in nature, or trying new creative outlets.
Integration
We focus on how what you’re learning can support you day to day—clearer decisions, less internal tension, and a more grounded way of moving through your life, turn your awarenesses into your personal spiritual practice.
What that might look like in practice:
A personalized process for transitioning from work to home life, a regular meditation practice, scheduling an quarterly or annual retreat, applying boundaries to relationships, or setting a structure for ongoing reflection and growth.

This is not therapy, and it’s not meant to replace it (Trauma therapy absolutely has its place).
What I offer is a supportive space to explore how your emotional and inner life intersect with your work as a health and wellness professional—without needing to perform professionalism or stay inside workplace boundaries.
